Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape level and comfortably snug.

Shoulders

Measure straight across your back from one shoulder point to the other.

Sleeve Length

Measure from the top of the shoulder down to the wrist with your arm slightly bent.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline without pulling the tape too tightly.
