Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At Shoe Bespoke, every product is carefully handcrafted and
quality-checked before dispatch. Since many of our products are made-to-order
and customized, we offer a hassle-free 60-Day Exchange Policy
for eligible unused products.
1. Exchange Policy
Size Exchange
You may request a size exchange within 60 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused.
- The product is unworn.
- Original packaging is available.
- All tags, accessories and invoice are included.
Manufacturing Defects
Every Shoe Bespoke product comes with a
6-Month Manufacturing Warranty
covering:
- Pasting defects
- Stitching defects
- Colour-related manufacturing defects
Please contact our support team with clear photos and a description of the issue.
After inspection, we will arrange a repair at no additional cost if the defect
falls under warranty.
Products outside the warranty period can still be repaired at an additional cost.
Note: Shoe Bespoke reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
2. Sale & Discounted Products
Products purchased during sales, promotions or at discounted prices are
not eligible for exchange due to size or fit issues.
If a discounted product is delivered damaged, a replacement or refund may be
provided subject to the damaged product policy below.
3. Damaged Product Policy
A replacement or refund will only be considered if:
- An uninterrupted unpacking video is recorded while opening the package.
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product has not been used or worn.
Claims submitted without an unpacking video or after 48 hours will not be accepted.
4. No Return & No Refund Policy
All Shoe Bespoke products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns or refunds are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Dislike of colour or design
- Preference changes after purchase
- Natural variations in genuine leather texture, grain or colour
5. Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please provide:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Contact Number
- Reason for Exchange
- Photos or videos (if applicable)
Once approved, our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process.
6. Important Notes
- Customized and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Shoe Bespoke reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions.
